This five bed five bath newly built exclusive and private villa sits in half an acre of it's own garden and wooded area. It is only 15 minutes by car from the Costa Smeralda airport and Olbia ferry port. The villa sleeps up to ten people.
The villa sits above the treetops and has 360 degree commanding views of the entire area. The villa has five bedrooms all with built in double wardrobes and en-suite facilities including integrated shower cabins with monsoon shower, hydro massage. The main bathroom has an integrated Jacuzzi bath, steam room, monsoon shower and hydro massage.
All floors on the first floor are tiled. The ceilings are of natural wood with exposed beams. On the first floor there is a large open planned area where the lounge,dining room and kitchen are situated. The kitchen is solid wood and fully fitted with marble worktops and all integrated appliances. There are two bedrooms on the first floor one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
The ground floor has solid, wooden floors. There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom on this level.The villa has a central heating system and fans in all rooms. A utility room is equipped with fitted units, sink and a washing machine. Crockery, linen, towels and cutlery are provided.
It is advisable to hire a car whilst in Sardinia. The villa is situated close to a plethora of beaches including (La Cinta 10min drive away). San Teodoro town has many bars, restaurants and nightlife. Close to the villa are Biasi and Padru which offer restaurants, bars
The famous Costa Smeralda is a 20min drive from the villa and you can visit Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo where you may spot some royalty,celebrities,politicians,footballers who visit and have villas on the island.
